Create macro
The Create macro function is used to assign a machining operation to a specific geometry. This machining operation is inserted whenever the specific geometry is found by the Punching auto, Lasering auto or Combi auto functions.
Create macro
- Under Config > Machines, click the Create macro button.
- The Element selection submenu opens. See also: Element selection (2) submenu.
- Select a function for element selection.
- Select the element for which you want to create the macro.
- Click with the right mouse button.
- The NC element selection submenu opens. See also: NC element selection submenu.
- All NC elements within the selected geometry are automatically selected.
- Click on Close.
- Enter a file name.
- Click OK.
- The Select archive dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the archive in which the macro is to be saved.
- Click OK.
- Configure your desired settings.
- Click OK.
- The macro is created.
