Sheet metal parts assembly loop

With the Assembly loop function, a loop for an assembly can be executed, newly generated or modified.

Execute assembly loop

  • You have opened a 3D model.
  1. Under Processing > File, click on the Assembly loop button.
  1. Select the part for which you want to execute an assembly loop.
  1. Click on OK.
  1. Select an assembly loop.
  1. Click on OK.
  1. Activate your desired steps for the assembly loop.
  1. Click on OK.
  • The assembly loop is executed.

Generate assembly loop

  • You have opened a 3D model.
  1. Under Processing > File, click on the Assembly loop button.
  1. Click on OK.
  1. Click Add.
  1. Enter a name for the assembly loop, specify whether to set it as the default, and click OK.
  1. Select the new assembly loop and click OK.
  1. Click Add.
  1. Select a function you want to add to the assembly loop and click OK.
  1. Make your desired settings and click OK.
  1. If you want to add more functions, repeat steps 7 to 9.
  1. Click Cancel.
  • The changes are applied.

Assembly loop: Change name / set as default

  • You have opened a 3D model.
  1. Under Processing > File, click on the Assembly loop button.
  1. Select a part.
  1. Click on OK.
  1. Select the assembly loop you want to change.
  1. Click Change.
  1. Configure your desired settings.
  1. Click on OK.
  1. Click Cancel.
  • The changes are applied.
