Layer dialogue box

Retain all layers

With this option, all layers are retained.

Retain selected layers

With this option, the layers selected under "Select layer" are retained.

Delete selected layers

This option deletes the layers selected under "Select layer".

Select layer:

Here, you can select the layers to which the above selection is applied.
