Pre-sort archive dialogue box

Here, you can specify whether the archive should be inserted at a certain position in the list of archives or sorted in a certain way.

At the end / at the beginning

With this option, the archive is inserted at the end or the beginning of the listing.

Numerically according to archive number

This option sorts the archive by its number at the appropriate place in the listing.

Alphabetically by archive name

This option sorts the archive by its name at the appropriate place in the listing.

Sort

This option opens the Select archive dialogue box, where the archive can be inserted at any position in the listing.
