Milling/drilling inside
The Milling/drilling inside function automatically generates a milling or drilling operation for all inside contours based on the settings made.
The technology and the tools used depend on the chosen material and thickness. Text placeholders for special forms (_SO_...) and macros (_MA_. ..) are also evaluated.
Automatically generate milling and drilling operations for inner contours
- Under Milling > Auto > Milling/drilling auto, click the Milling/drilling inside button.
- The Contour machining dialogue box opens. See also Contour machining parameters dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The Lead-in path definition dialogue box opens. See also Lead-in definition dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The Lead-in definition dialogue box opens. See also Lead-in definition dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The Lead-out definition dialogue box opens. See also Lead-out definition dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The machining is generated.
