Common Cut strategy
Strategy 1
Here, each part is cut in turn. It is pierced only once at the beginning. For the subsequent parts, the cut is continued in the existing cut without re-piercing.
Sort inner contours per part
Here you activate that the inner contours are always cut before the outer contour of the respective part.
Strategy 2
Here is cut in the following order:
- All inner contours
- All vertical separation cuts
- All horizontal separation cuts
- Outer contour
Re-pierce outer contour
Here you activate that the outer contour is to be re-pierced.
Strategy 3
Here, the shortest possible paths are sought, regardless of the part and direction of processing.
Sort inner contours per part
Here you activate that the inner contours are always cut before the outer contour of the respective part.
Re-pierce last outer contour
Here you activate that the last outer contour is re-pierced.
Lasering parameters
Cutout length
The cutout length is entered here. If the algorithm encounters a neighbouring piece while machining a part, it will be precut at that point by the entered value.
Overlap
The overlap is entered here. When processing a part that has already been partially pre-cut, the laser is not pierced at the exact position where the actual processing must continue, but at a position that has already been processed. The entered value determines by which value the laser is previously pierced.
Piercing
Here can be activated with piercing.
Lead-in path
Here you can activate that a lead-in path is formed for each cut.
Length of the lead-in path
The length of the lead-in path is entered here.
Vapourise foil
Here, the vapourising of foiled material before processing is activated.
Combine aligned laser processing
Here it can be activated that laser machining with tangential transition, whose machining follows each other, are combined to a single machining.
Delete laser processing outside the sheet
Here it is possible to activate that all laser operations that are outside the sheet are deleted.
Optimize the direction of the outer contour
Here you can activate that the optimal machining direction of the outer contour is determined automatically.
Outer contour direction right/left
If the Optimize direction of outer contour option is disabled, the direction of the outer contour (right or left) can be selected.
