Parameters for waste treatment
Waste and grid dimensions
Shred waste
The shredding of the waste is activated here. If waste is produced during a separation cut, it is cut up with cut-off cuts.
A grid is placed over the waste. On this grid, the waste is cut into small pieces.
Min waste dimension in X
The minimum waste dimension in the X direction is entered here. If the dimension of the waste is within the entered dimensions, it will be cut.
Min waste dimension in Y
The minimum waste dimension in the Y-direction is entered here. If the dimension of the waste is within the entered dimensions, it will be cut.
Max waste dimension in X
The maximum waste dimension in the X direction is entered here. If the dimension of the waste is within the entered dimensions, it will be cut.
Max waste dimension in Y
The maximum waste dimension in the Y direction is entered here. If the dimension of the waste is within the entered dimensions, it will be cut.
Separation grid in X
The distance between the separation cuts in the X direction during shredding is entered here.
Separation grid in Y
The distance between the separation cuts in the Y direction during shredding is entered here.
Sort waste
At the beginning of the machining
Here you activate that the processing of the waste is sorted at the beginning.
At the end of the machining
Here you activate that the processing of the waste is sorted at the end.
In front of the outer contour
Here you activate that the machining of the waste is sorted before the machining of the outer contour.
Sort waste from right to left
Here you activate that the processing of the waste takes place meandering from right to left.

Microjoint width
The lug width is entered here.
Outer contour and common cut

Here you activate that several microjoints are set on the Common Cuts and the outer contours.
Minimum number of microjoints per part
The minimum number of microjoints per part is entered here.
Common cut
Maximum length without microjoint
The maximum distance from microjoint to microjoint on the separation cut is entered here.
Outer contour
Maximum length without microjoint
The maximum distance from microjoint to microjoint on the outer contour is entered here.

Here you activate that several microjoints are set down on the waste.
