Ignition hole

Safety distance

Here, you enter the minimum distance that the piercing point of the lead-in path must have to the parts in order to create a separation cut.

Burn ignition hole

The ignition hole is burnt with this option.

Punch ignition hole

This option selects that the ignition hole is punched.

Punch diameter

The diameter of the punching tool is entered here.

Lead-in path parameters

Generate lead-in path

This activates that a lead-in path is generated.

Difference angle of lead-in path

Enter the angle of the lead-in path to the separation cut here.

Length of lead-in path

The length of the lead-in path is entered here.

Traverse path

From left to right

With this option, the separation cuts are performed from left to right.

From right to left

This option, the separation cuts are performed from right to left.

Meandering

With this option, the separation cuts are started alternately from the left and right.

Insertion position

Program start

This option inserts the separation cuts at the beginning of the program.

End of program

This option inserts the separation cuts at the end of the program.

Before separation cut

This option inserts the entire separation cut before the parts that touch the cut.

After separating cut

This option inserts the entire separation cut after the parts that touch the cut.

Assign to each part

With this option, the individual separation cuts are inserted before each part that they meet.

Parameters for separation cuts

Separation spacing in Y

The spacing of the separating cuts in the Y direction is entered here.

Separation offset

Here, you enter the dimension by which the spacing between the separating cuts is to increase or decrease with each separation cut.

Edge overhang beginning / end

Here, you enter the dimension by which the cut is extended at the beginning or end.

Distance from the contour

Here, you enter the distance that the beginning and the end of the individual separation cut should have from the parts.

Min. cutting length

Here, you enter the minimum length that the separation line must have in order to generate a separation cut.

Single separation cut

This activates that only the first possible separation cut is generated.

At the sheet edge without lead-in path

This activates that a separation cut is generated at the edge of the sheet without a lead-in path.

Turn around at the edge of the sheet

from the outside in

With this option, the separation cut is made at the edge of the sheet from the outside to the inside.

from the inside out

With this option, the separation cut is made at the edge of the sheet from the inside to the outside.
