Remove parts from the right

Here, part removal from the right is selected.

Remove parts from the left

Here, part removal from the left is selected.

Destroy waste up to

Here, you specify the maximum dimension in the X and Y direction up to which a waste area is to be destroyed. Waste areas that are larger in both directions are not destroyed. This option is always preferred to the Shred waste option.

Shred waste up to

Here, you specify up to which maximum dimension in the X and Y direction a waste area is to be shredded and then disposed of (e.g.via a flap). Waste areas that are larger in both directions are not shredded.

Part sorting in X

Here, part sorting in the X direction is selected.

Part sorting in Y

Here, part sorting in the Y direction is selected.

Sheet oversize

Here, you specify how far the machining operation is to be extended beyond the edge of the sheet.

Generate micro lug

This activates that a micro lug is generated.

Sort trimming before separation cuts

This activates that the trimming of the parts takes place before the separation cuts of the parts.

Trim sheet

Trim edge left/right and top

This activates that the sheet is trimmed first on the top, then on the right and finally on the left.

If the option is not activated, the top is trimmed first, then the inside is machined, then the left and right are trimmed and then cut out.

Trimming left, top then right

This option causes the trimming to be performed in the specified order.

Trimming right, top then left

This option causes the trimming to be performed in the specified order.

Remnant strip treatment

Do not process remnant strips

With this option, the remnant strip is not processed.

Cut off remnant strips

This option cuts off the remnant strip.

Dispose of remnant strips in the same way as waste parts

This option disposes of the remnant strip according to the same settings that apply to waste.

Waste pieces at the lower edge

Machine if in X smaller than

Here, you specify up to which maximum dimension in the X direction a waste piece at the lower edge of the sheet is to be processed (destroyed or shredded).

Machine if in Y smaller than

Here, you specify up to which maximum dimension in the Y direction a waste piece at the lower edge of the sheet is to be processed (destroyed or shredded).

Process in staircase form

Here, you activate that the waste pieces at the lower edge of the sheet are processed in staircase form.

Disposal sequence

Change order

This button can be used to change the order of the specified disposals. The Disposal sequencedialogue box opens. See also Disposal sequence dialogue box.

Disposal type 1 / Disposal type 2 / Lift / Manual disposal

Active for finished parts / Active for waste parts

The respective disposal for finished parts or waste parts is activated here.
