Go Engine [1-4]
With the Go Engine 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 function, a nesting together with a multi-loop is provided as a nesting job (lop file) for further processing for the respective PN engine. The storage location for the created lop file can be specified in the function.
Create nesting job for further processing
- You have opened the sheet of a nesting or the entire nesting.
- Under Extras > System > Go Engine, click on the Go Engine 1 / 2 / 3 or 4 button, depending on which engine the nesting job is to be made available to.
- A dialogue box for assigning a file name opens.
- Enter a name for the nesting and click OK.
- The Select archive dialogue box opens. See also Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the archive in which the nesting is to be saved and click OK.
- If the Overwrite file dialogue box opens: See also Overwrite file dialogue box. Continue with step 4.
- If the Send multi to PN_Engine dialogue box opens: See also Send multi to PN_Engine dialogue box. Continue with step 5.
- Select an option and click OK.
- If you selected Yes: The nesting is saved. The Send multi to PN_Engine dialogue box opens. See also Send multi to PN_Engine dialogue box. Continue with step 5.
- If you have selected No: The nesting is not saved and is not available for further processing. Repeat the function and assign a different file name or select a different archive to save the nesting.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The lop file for the engine is created.
