Cutout
Maximum width
This specifies the width along the outer contour up to which a cutout is still cut free.
Minimum depth
This specifies the minimum depth in relation to the outer contour at which a cutout is cut free.
Lead-in path
Automatic lead-in path
This activates that lead-in paths with the following settings are generated for the separation cuts.
Difference angle of lead-in path
The angle that the lead-in path should have to the cut-off is entered here.
Length of lead-in path
The length of the lead-in path is entered here.
Separation cut
Distance from the contour
Here, you enter the distance that the beginning and the end of the separation cut should have to the contour.
Min separation cut length
Here, you enter the minimum length that the separation line must have in order to generate a separation cut.
Ignition hole
Safety distance
Here, you enter the minimum distance that the piercing point of the lead-in path must have to the contour.
Burn ignition hole
The ignition hole is burnt with this option.
Punch ignition hole
The ignition hole is punched with this option.
Punch diameter
The diameter of the punching tool is entered here.
Waste treatment
Shred waste
The shredding of the waste is activated here.
Minimum width / minimum height
Here, you enter the minimum dimension in the X or Y direction that a cutout must have in order for the piece to be treated as waste.
Maximum width / maximum height
Here, you enter the maximum dimension in the X or Y direction that a cutout may have in order for the piece to be treated as waste.
Separating grid in X / Separating grid in Y
Here, you enter the grid spacing in the X or Y direction at which the waste is to be shredded.
