Contour point
The Contour point function is used to determine an outer contour via a search point. All elements outside this contour are deleted, the inner contours remain. To determine the outer contour, all elements are separated at the intersection points.
Determine outer contour via search point
- Under Tools > NC program, click the Point contour button.
- The Contour point (POP176) dialogue box opens.
- Enter values for search point in X and search point in Y and click OK.
- The outer contour is determined by means of a search point and all elements outside this contour are deleted.
