Lasering auto
The Lasering auto function automatically generates a laser machining with disposal (if available) for the contours of a part or the contours of nested parts on a sheet. The technology depends on material and sheet thickness.
This function can be found in the following locations:
- Lasering > Auto > Lasering auto
- Combi > Auto > Combi auto
Automatically generate laser machining for contours
- You have opened the CAD or NC model of a part or the sheet of a nesting.
- Click the Lasering auto button.
- If the Reorganise dialogue box opens: See also Reorganise dialogue box. Continue with step 2.
- If the Lasering and cutting parameters dialogue box opens: See also Lasering and cutting parameters dialogue box. Continue with step 3.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The Lasering and cutting parameters dialogue box opens. See also Lasering and cutting parameters dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The machining is generated.
NOTICE
Checking the starting points
If the outer contour of a part has many points for positioning a lead-in path and the safety distance has a large value, the inspection of these points takes a very long time.
The check of the starting points is indicated in the status bar. Meanwhile, press the ESC key to cancel the test. This means that the last point checked is valid as the starting point for the lead-in path.
