Import nesting
This function can be found here:
- Menu > Import
- Nesting > Open nesting
Import nesting
- Click the Import nesting button.
- The Explorer opens.
- Select a nesting (file extension: .nst).
- Click Open.
- The Import nesting information dialogue box opens. See also Nesting import information dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings.
- Click on OK.
- The Machines dialogue box opens. See also Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the desired machine.
- Click on OK.
- The Material type browser dialogue box opens. See also Material type browser dialogue box
- Select the desired material.
- Click on OK.
- If the Select archive dialogue box opens: Continue with step 13.
- If the Select part loop dialogue box opens: See also Select part loop dialogue box. Continue with step 10.
- Select the desired part loop.
- The Part loop dialogue box opens. See also Part loop dialogue box.
- Activate the check boxes for the functions to be executed in the part loop.
- Click on OK.
- The Select archive dialogue box opens.
- Select the archive where the parts of the nesting are to be stored.
- Click on OK.
- The nesting is imported and displayed in the workspace.
