Select order
With the Select order function, orders can be selected from the order pool for a new nesting.
The selection of orders can be limited step-by-step using different selection types. Individual orders can then be selected from the listed orders.
Select order for nesting
- Under Nesting > Order > Select order, click the Select order button.
- The Select order pool dialogue box opens. See also Select order pool dialogue box. Continue with step 4.
- If the Warning dialogue box opens: See also Warning dialogue box. Continue with step 3.
- If the Update orders dialogue box opens: See also Update orders dialogue box. Proceed to the next step.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The Select order pool dialogue box opens. See also Select order pool dialogue box. Continue with step 4.
- Click on OK.

- Choose a selection type and continue with the corresponding instructions.
Nesting job selection type
- The Select order pool dialogue box is opened.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.

- Select the desired nesting job and click OK.

Standard nesting selection type
- The Select order pool dialogue box is opened.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The Archive browser dialogue box opens. See also Archive browser dialogue box.
- The archive for the standard nestings and the existing standard nestings are already selected.
- Click on OK.

- The appropriate standard nestings are listed.
- Select a standard nesting and click OK.
NOTICE

Unsuitable quantity
If the required quantity of the order is not a multiple of the corresponding number of parts on the sheet of the standard nesting, only as many sheets are created as is necessary to avoid overproduction of the part.
- The nesting is opened with the current part data from the order pool.
Order-related standard nesting selection type
- The Select order pool dialogue box is opened.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The Order pool dialogue box opens. See also Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the desired nesting.
- Click on OK.
- The Articles in standard nesting dialogue box opens. See also Dialogue box with tables.
- The included article is listed and a colour coding indicates deviations from the quantity and technological requirements:
Green = number of pieces in the order pool and in the nesting are identical
Light green = the number of pieces in the order pool is greater than in the nesting
Yellow = number of pieces in the order pool is less than in the nesting
Red = machine number, material number or sheet thickness in the order pool and in the nesting are not identical
- Select the article and click OK.
NOTICE

Unsuitable quantity
