Tongue
The Tongue function can be used to generate a tongue on a part.
Generate a tongue
- Under CAD > Objects > Surface, click the Tongue button.
- The Tongue parameters dialogue box opens. See also Tongue parameters dialogue box.
- Enter the microjoint height.
- Enter the microjoint width.
- Choose the number of microjoints.
- Enter the distance between the microjoints.
- Enter the height of the tongue.
- Enter the width of the tongue.
- Enter the corner radius for the microjoint.
- Enter the corner radius for the tongue.
- Click on OK.
- Click where you want the tongue to be generated on the part.
- The tongue is generated.
