R trim

The R trim function replaces bending cracks in a contour with inverted circular arcs.

Replace bending cracks (A: before, B: after)

Generate inverted arc

  1. Under CAD > Change > Trim, click the R trim button.
  1. Enter the desired scattering value in the input field.
  1. Click Yes in the option field if you want it to be a round inverse corner and No if you don't want it to be.
  1. Enter the desired rounding radius in the input field.
  1. Click on OK.
  1. Click near the desired bending crack.
  • An inverted arc is generated.
  1. Click Close.
  • The function is ended and the changes are applied.
