Polygoning
The Polygonise function splits the selected arcs or solid circles into polylines, i.e., converts them into polygons. The corner points of the polygon lie on the former circle line. By specifying the peak-to-valley depth, you can determine the maximum distance between the polyline and the former circle line.
NOTICE
Polygonise arcs and full circles
- Under CAD > Change > Change circle, click the Polygonisebutton.
- The Arc peak-to-valley depth dialogue box opens. See also Arc peak-to-valley depth dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- If you have activated the option All arcs from diameter: Corresponding arcs and full circles are polygonised directly and the function is ended.
- Otherwise: All arcs or full circles are highlighted in white.
- Select the arcs and solid circles to be polygonised.
- The selected elements are polygonised.
- Click Close.
- The function is ended.
