Separation line
The Separation line function creates one or more separation cuts as geometry elements. The separation cuts are generated as parallels to elements on the sheet.
Generate separation cut
- Under Nesting > Separation cuts > Lasering, click the Separation line button.
- The Calculator opens. See also: Calculator.
- Enter the distance and confirm your entry.
- Select the element for which you want to generate a parallel separation cut.
- Select your desired side.
- The separation cut is displayed.
- Select the first corner element.
- Select the second corner element.
- Click on Close.
- Click on the separation cut.
- Click with the right mouse button.
- The Path correction dialogue box opens. See also: Path correction dialogue box.
- If you want to enable path correction, select the check box.
- Click OK.
- If you want to configure the cutting parameters, click the Cutting parameters button. Otherwise, click Close.
- The separation cut is generated.
