Tool at start

With the Tool at start function, the tool to be used first can be defined in the NC model of a part or on the sheet of a nesting.

All NC data sets with the same station number are arranged at the start of the source.

Within the system, the function is not oriented to the tools that occur in the individual NC data sets, but to their station numbers. Therefore, before calling up the function, you should ensure that the individual NC data sets are already assigned station numbers and that the tools are sorted accordingly. This is ensured by calling up the functions Auto tool and Sort tools.

This function can be found here:

  • Punching > Change > Sort
  • Combi > Change > Sort
  • Milling > Change > Sort
  • Nesting > Change > Sort
