Select start element

The Select start element function can be used to select the NC element to be processed first in the NC model of a part or on the sheet of a nesting.

This function can be found here:

  • Punching > Change > Sort
  • Combi > Change > Sort
  • Milling > Change > Sort
  • Nesting > Change > Sort

Select initial machining

  • You have opened the NC model of a part or the sheet of a nesting.
  1. Click on the Select start element button.
  • All NC elements are highlighted in colour.
  1. Select the NC element that is to be machined first.
  • The function is ended and changes are applied.
