Station occupancy
The Station occupancy function is used to change the station assignment of tools for turret punch presses.
This function can be found here:
- Punching > Change > Change tool
- Combi > Change > Change tool
- Milling > Change > Change tool
- Nesting > Change > Change tool
Change station occupancy: Replace 2 tools
- Click the Station occupancy button.
- The Station allocation dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the data sets you want to swap.
- Change the station occupancy with the button Swap.
- Click OK.
- The station occupancy is changed.
Station occupancy: Sort tool
- Click the Station occupancy button.
- The Station allocation dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Select 3 data sets. 2 data sets must be directly adjacent to each other.
- Change the third data set that you want to re-sort with the Swap button.
- Click OK.
- The station occupancy is changed.
