Direction in surface
The Direction in surface function changes the machining direction of a surface operation.
This function can be found here:
- Punching > Change > Correction
- Combi > Change > Correction
- Milling > Change > Edit NC
Change the machining direction in the surface
- Click the Direction in surface button.
- Select a surface machining.
- The Direction in surface dialogue box opens. See also Direction in surface dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The NC element selection submenu opens. See also NC element selection submenu.
- Select a function for element selection.
- If necessary, select other surface operations for which you want to change the machining direction.
- Click Close.
- The machining direction is changed.
