Batch processing NC-Parts
The Batch processing NC-Parts function can be used to create an automatic procedure for generating multiple NC parts (punching, lasering, combi) from one material and one thickness. The geometries for these parts must first be saved in the CAD archive.
Generate procedure for generating NC parts
- Under Lasering > Auto > Lasering auto, click the Batch processing NC-Parts button.
- The Parameters for faulty parts dialogue box opens. See also Parameters for faulty parts dialogue box.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The Multi auto torch dialogue box opens. See also Multi auto torch dialogue box.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The Archive browser dialogue box opens. See also Archive browser dialogue box.
- Select the archive and the part for which you want to create the procedure and click OK.
- The Parameters for a new NC session dialogue box opens. See also Parameters for a new NC session dialogue box.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The Lasering and cutting parameters dialogue box opens. See also Lasering and cutting parameters dialogue box.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The Tool management dialogue box opens. See also Dialogue box with tables.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The Results log dialogue box opens. See also Results log dialogue box.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The Results log dialogue box opens. See also Results log dialogue box.
- Click on OK.
- The Message dialogue box opens. See also Message dialogue box.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- An automatic procedure for generating NC parts is generated.
