Rotate sheet claws

The Rotate sheet claws function is used to split the machining of a sheet in such a way that an edge area in which the clamping claws are located is initially omitted. This is then machined after a 180 degree rotation of the sheet. The Y position at which the machining is split can be freely selected.

NOTICE! Due to the required handling accuracy, the actual sheet dimensions for this function must not deviate from the sheet dimensions in the nesting. Otherwise, there will be an offset in the processing.

Split machining for rotation of the sheet

  • You have opened a sheet of a nesting.
  • The real sheet dimensions correspond to the sheet dimensions in the nesting.
  1. Under Nesting > Extras > Attribute, click the Rotate sheet claws button.
  1. Enter the Y position at which the processing is to be split.
  1. Click on OK.
  • The machining is split and the sheet is additionally displayed in the rotated position.
