Auto tool

The Auto tool function is used to display the tools and traverse paths for the current sheet and to automatically check tool selection, station allocation, stroke division and path determination.

This function can be found here:

  • View > Simulation
  • Change sheet > Extras > Tool

NOTICE! In the "Change sheet" menu, this function can be used for all sheets. Outside the "Change sheet" menu, the function always refers to the current sheet only.

Display tools and traverse paths

  • You have opened a sheet or the entire nesting.
  • A punching operation is available.
  1. Click the Auto tool button.
  • Tool selection, station allocation, stroke division and path determination are checked in the background.
  1. If the check detects problems, these are displayed in a dialogue box. In this case, follow the instructions in the dialogue box.
  • The tools and traverse paths are displayed. The function is ended.
