Z microjoint

The Z microjoint function is used to define Z microjoints for a milling operation.

This function can be found here:

  • Milling > Manual > Z contour
  • Manufacturer > Manufacturer > Reichenbacher

Define Z microjoints

  • You have opened the NC model of a part that contains a milling operation.
  1. Click the Z microjoint button.
  1. Specify the microjoint width and height and click OK.
  • All milling operations are highlighted in colour.
  1. Click with the left mouse button at the points on an operation where a Z microjoint is to be generated.
  • The position of the Z microjoints is displayed.
  1. Click Close.
  • The Z microjoints are generated but not displayed.
