Parameters
The Parameters function can be used to change parameters of a milling or drilling element, such as depth and attributes.
Changing parameters of a milling or drilling element
- You have opened the NC model of a part or a nesting.
- Under Milling > Extras > Parameters, click the Parameters button.
- The Def. parameters dialogue box opens. See also Def. Parameters.
- Select the items you want to change and click OK.
- The corresponding elements are highlighted in colour.
- Use the left mouse button to select an element that you want to change.
- The element is highlighted in colour.
- Depending on the option you selected in step 2, the MILLING ATTRIBUTES dialogue box or the DRILLING ATTRIBUTESdialogue box opens. See also MILLING ATTRIBUTES dialogue box or DRILLING ATTRIBUTES dialogue box.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The Parameters dialogue box opens. See also Parameters dialogue box.
- Make your desired settings and click OK.
- The NC element selection submenu opens. See also NC element selection submenu.
- If you want to apply the settings for other elements, select them.
- The elements are highlighted in colour.
- Click Close.
- The function is ended and the changes are applied.
