TASK
Punching along a line with a special tool.
EXECUTION
- Editing the tool popup:
- Four non-rotating tools: The four tools that trim a rectangular part are entered.
- Two non-rotating tools: Two tools are entered for horizontal and vertical machining.
- A single rotatable tool: The tool to be inserted trims all sides of the workpiece.
- Protrusion: Specifies the machining protrusion required to ensure clean processing of the line end.
- Automatic reduction: The system should automatically retract the protrusion when a collision to an adjacent geometry occurs.
- Parameters:
- Microjoint width: How wide should the microjoint that interrupts the continuous machining be.
- Minimum length: After what uninterrupted machined length should a microjoint be set.
- Selection of the line at which a machining operation must be created.
- Selection of the side on which machining is to take place.
- Selection of another line (such as 3. and 4.) or terminate the function with Close.
