Place part
The Place part function can be used to copy and mirror a part on multiple positions.
Place part
- Under Manufacturer > Manufacturer > bsk+BTV, click on the Place part button.
- The Select article dialogue box opens. See also Select article dialogue box.
- Select an option and click OK.
- If a dialogue box for name assignment opens: Continue with the next step to save the current article.
- If the Archive browser opens: See also Archive browser dialogue box. Continue with step 6.
- Enter the file name under which the article should be saved and click OK.
- The Select archive dialogue box opens. See also Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the archive where the article should be saved and click OK.
- If the Overwrite file dialogue box opens: See also Overwrite file dialogue box. Proceed to the next step.
- If the Place multiple parts parameters dialogue box opens: See also Place multiple parts parameters dialogue box. Continue with step 7.
- Select an option and click OK.
- The Place multiple parts parameters dialogue box opens. See also Place multiple parts parameters dialogue box.
- If you chose Yes: Continue with step 7.
- If you chose No: The current article is not saved and is not available for further processing. Cancel the function. Repeat the function and assign a different file name or select a different archive to save the article.
- Select the archive and the part you want to place and click OK.
- The Place multiple parts parameters dialogue box opens. See also Place multiple parts parameters dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings.
- Click on OK.
- The part is copied to the corresponding positions and mirrored if necessary.
