Sheet article number
The Sheet article number function searches the selected archive for the article number of a sheet and displays all nested items in which it appears.
Finding nesting to a sheet
- Under Menu > Search, click the Sheet article number button.
- A dialogue box for entering a search text opens.
- Enter the article number of the sheet you want to search for.
- Click on OK.
- The selection window Select archive opens. See also Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the archive in which you want to search for the article number of the sheet.
- Click on OK.
- In the dialogue box Sheet info, all nested items are listed in which the article number of the sheet occurs. See also Dialogue box with tables.
NOTICE
Load button
If you mark your desired nesting in the Sheet info table and click the Load button, the marked nesting will be loaded from the archive.
