Special parameters tab
Parameters for lug formation
Set lug
This activates that a lug is set according to the entered parameters automatically. The lug is placed directly next to the lead-in path.
Lug width
The width of the lug is entered here. The width is only read directly from this dialogue box if no value has been defined in the following table:
Table: % 64 LUG PARAMETERS
Path: \u\pn\machine_xxxxconfig\TECHNO__TABLE.TXT
Automatically set lugs
The following parameters apply to the automatic setting of multiple lugs on a contour.
Minimum number of lugs per contour
The minimum number of lugs to be generated on a contour is entered here.
Maximum length without lug
The maximum distance between two lugs is entered here.
Inner contour / outer contour
These specifications determine when a lug is set for inner contours or outer contours.
Minimum contour size in X / Y
Here, you enter the minimum dimension in the X or Y direction that a contour element must have for a lug to be set.
Maximum contour size in X / Y
Here, you enter the maximum dimension in the X or Y direction that a contour element may have for a lug to be set.
Check strategies
Check X or Y dimension for lug definition
This option sets the lug if the dimensions of the checked contour element are between the entered minimum and maximum values in either the X direction or the Y direction.
Check X and Y dimensions for lug definition
With this option, the lug is set if the dimensions of the checked contour element in the X direction and in the Y direction are between the entered minimum and maximum values.
Parameters for trough formation
Generate a starting trough
The formation of a starting trough is activated here.
Trough with radius
With this option, a starting trough is generated with its radius in the transition to the contour.
Trough with line
With this option, a starting trough is generated with a line in the transition to the contour.
Trough width
The width of the starting trough is entered here.
Trough depth
The depth of the starting trough is entered here.
Trough radius
The radius of the starting trough is entered here.
Inverted trough with radius
With this option, an inverted starting trough with radius is generated.
Inverted trough with line
With this option, an inverted starting trough with line is generated.
Inverted trough width
The width of the inverted starting trough is entered here.
Inverted trough depth
The depth of the inverted starting trough is entered here.
Parameters for waste treatment
Shred waste
The shredding of the waste is activated here.
Waste and grid dimensions
Minimum waste dimension in X / Y
Here, you enter the minimum dimension that a cut-out in the X or Y direction must have in order for the piece to be treated as waste.
Maximum waste dimension in X / Y
Here, you enter the maximum dimension that a cut-out in the X or Y direction may have in order for the piece to be treated as waste.
Separation grid in X / Y
Here, you enter the grid spacing in the X or Y direction at which the waste is to be shredded.
Parameters for separation cuts
No lead-in path
With this option, the separation cuts are generated without a lead-in path.
Central with straight lead-in path
This option generates separation cuts with a lead-in path whose starting point is centred on the separation cut.
Difference angle of lead-in path
The angle that the lead-in path should have to the cut-off is entered here. The starting point of the lead-in path is no longer on the cut when a difference angle is specified.
Equidistant with circular path
This option generates separation cuts with a circular lead-in path where the circular path touches the equidistant of the inner contour.
Radius
The radius of the circular path is entered here.
Length
The length of the lead-in path on the circular path is entered here.
Distance from contour to start
The distance between the start of the cut and the contour is entered here.
Distance from contour to end
The distance between the end of the cut and the contour is entered here.
Min cutting length
The minimum length of the separation cut is entered here.
Define a subroutine block
This activates that a subroutine block is formed around the separation cuts.
