Disposal Type 1

Type 1 disposal is activated here.

Disposal Type 2

Type 2 disposal is activated here.

Disposal Type 3

Type 3 disposal is activated here.

Disposal lift

This is where the lift is activated.

Stop

This activates the machine stop for manual unloading.

Subroutines

The creation of subroutines is activated here.

Disposal sequence

The sequence of the disposal types can be changed here.

After selecting a disposal type, it can be moved up one position with the Up button or down one position with the Down button.

Disposal 1 / 2 / 3 parameters

Minimum size in X / Y

The minimum size in the X or Y direction from which the disposal is set is entered here.

Maximum size in X / Y

The maximum size in the X or Y direction up to which the disposal is set is entered here.

Corner

The corner or side for disposal is selected here. Alternatively, this selection can be made graphically via the .. button.

Parameter Stop

A machine stop for manual removal is only set if the largest part chute is no longer sufficient and the lift cannot be used, for example due to too many perforations or deformations on the part.

Minimum size in X /Y

The minimum size in the X or Y direction from which a machine stop is set is entered here.

Corner

The corner or side for disposal is selected here. Alternatively, this selection can be made graphically via the .. button.
