Box
The Box function can be used to generate a box for selection. Elements that are inside the box or touch the box are selected.
The Sort function can optionally be used to automatically sort the machining sequence of the contained elements. To do this, press and hold the X or Y key while creating the box to obtain a machining sequence in the X or Y direction. The starting corner of the hoisted box determines the starting point of the sorting.
Selecting parts with a box
- You are in the Change sheet menu.
- Under Change sheet> Part, click the Box button.
- Hold down the left mouse button and drag a box with the mouse pointer over the parts to be selected.
- All parts within the box and parts touching the box are selected.
- Click Close.
- The function is ended and the changes are applied.
