Optimisation submenu

Opt total

The Opt total function optimises traverse paths over several tool changes. Different optimisation types are checked simultaneously and the best result is adopted. The Optimisation parametersdialogue box appears. See also Optimisation parameters dialogue box.

Opt std

The Opt std function restores the initial state without optimising the traverse paths.

Opt inv

With the Opt inv function, the traverse path is inverted in every 2nd Y row (strokewise).

Opt all

The Opt all function searches for the shortest traverse path for the entire tool deployment.

Opt corner

The Opt corner function is used to define the sheet corner in which the traverse path is to start. By clicking on the button, the starting point of the traverse path is placed in the next corner.

Opt X 0

With the Opt X 0 function, the traverse paths are only optimised within a part in the X direction. This means that the traverse paths for identical parts are identical and subroutines can be generated.

Opt X 1

The Opt X 1 function divides the sheet into two horizontal strips, which are optimised separately.

Opt X 2

The Opt X 2 function divides the sheet into five horizontal strips, which are optimised separately.

Opt Y 0

With the Opt Y 0 function, the traverse paths are only optimised within a part in the Y direction. This means that the traverse paths for identical parts are identical and subroutines can be generated.

Opt Y 1

With the Opt Y 1 function, the sheet is divided into two vertical strips, which are optimised separately.

Opt Y 2

The Opt Y 2 function divides the sheet into five vertical strips that are optimised separately.

Previous

The Previous function displays the traverse path of the previous tool.

Next

The Next function displays the traverse path of the next tool.

Close

The Close function terminates and saves the action.
