Separation cut parameters dialogue box
Insert at the beginning of the program
This option inserts the separation cut at the beginning of the program.
Insert at end of program
This option inserts the separation cut at the end of the program.
Laser diameter
The laser diameter is entered here.
Burn starting hole
The ignition hole is burnt with this option.
Punch starting hole
The ignition hole is punched with this option.
Punching tool diameter
The diameter of the punching tool is entered here.
Generate lead-in path
Here, you select whether a lead-in path should be generated or not.
Difference angle of lead-in path
Enter the angle of the lead-in path to the separation cut here.
Length of lead-in path
The length of the lead-in path is entered here.
Safety distance
Here, you enter the minimum distance that the piercing point of the lead-in path must have to the parts in order to create a separation cut.
Edge overhang beginning / end
Here, you enter the dimension by which the cut is extended at the beginning or end.
Distance from the contour
Here, you enter the distance that the separation cut should have to the parts.
Min cutting length
Here, you enter the minimum length that the separation line must have in order to generate a separation cut.
Without lead-in path at the sheet edge
Here, you select whether the lead-in path at the edge of the sheet should be omitted or not.
Travel from bottom to top
With this option, the separation cut is made from bottom to top.
Travel from top to bottom
With this option, the separation cut is made from top to bottom.
Turn around at the edge of the sheet
Here, you select whether to always cut from the outside to the inside of the sheet or not, regardless of the preset direction.
