Point, angle, length
The Point, angle, length function generates a line by specifying the starting point, angle and length. The angle refers to the positive X axis and is specified counter-clockwise.
Generate line: With point, angle and length
- Under CAD > Line > Line, click the Point, angle, length button.
- The Point selection submenu opens. See also Point selection (1) submenu.
- Choose a point selection function.
- Set the starting point of the line.
- The calculator opens. See also Calculator.
- Enter the angle and confirm your entry.
- Enter the length and confirm your entry.
- The line is generated.
- If you want to generate more lines, repeat steps 2 to 5.
- Click Close.
- The function is ended.
