Point, length
The Point, length function generates a horizontal line by specifying the start point and the length.
Generate a horizontal line: With point and length
- Under CAD > Line > Line, click the Point, length button.
- The Point selection submenu opens. See also Point selection (1) submenu.
- Choose a point selection function.
- Set the starting point of the line.
- The calculator opens. See also Calculator.
- Enter the length of the line and confirm your entry.
- The horizontal line is generated.
- If you want to generate more horizontal lines, repeat steps 2 and 3.
- Click Close.
- The function is ended.
