Smooth
The Smooth function can be used to divide polygons and polylines into arcs. The selection of the elements to be checked is either manual or automatic, whereby certain colours can be excluded.

- CAD > File > Clean
- Lasering > File > Clean
- Punching > File > Clean
- Combi > File > Clean
- Milling > File > Clean
Smooth contours
- Click the Smooth button.
- The Contour smoothing parameters dialogue box opens. See also Contour smoothing parameters dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings.
- Click on OK.
- If you have selected Manual as the selection method: The Element selection submenu opens. See also Element selection (2) submenu. Proceed to the next step.
- If you have selected Automatic as the selection method: The elements are smoothed if they meet the check criteria for smoothing.
- Choose a function and select the elements that may need to be smoothed.
- Click Close.
- The elements are smoothed if they meet the check criteria for smoothing.
- Smoothed elements (arcs) are displayed in red and non-smoothed elements (lines) in yellow.
