2 side points

The 2 side points function generates a rectangle with the specification of 2 side points and the angle.

Generate rectangle: With 2 side points

Under CAD > Objects > Rectangle, click the 2 side points button.

The calculator opens. See also Calculator.

Enter the placement angle and confirm your entry.

The Point selection submenu opens. See also Point selection (1) submenu.

Choose a point selection function.

Set a point as reference point and the lower left corner of the rectangle.

Set a point that determines the width of the rectangle.

Set a point that determines the height of the rectangle.

The rectangle is generated.

If you want to generate more rectangles with the same placement angle, repeat steps 3 to 6.

Click Close.

The function is ended.
