Polygon
The Polygon function generates a regular polygon.
Generate regular polygon
- Under CAD > Objects > Surface, click the Polygon button.
- The calculator opens. See also Calculator.
- Enter the placement angle and confirm your entry.
- Enter the number of corners and confirm your entry.
- Enter the width for the polygon and confirm your entry.
- The Point selection submenu opens. See also Point selection (1) submenu.
- Choose a point selection function.
- Set a point as the centre to position the polygon.
- The polygon is generated.
- If you want to generate more identical polygons, repeat steps 5 and 6.
- Click Close.
- The function is ended.
