Circle pattern
The Circle pattern function generates the specified number of circles on an arc.
Generate circle pattern
- Under CAD > Objects > Pattern, click the Circle pattern button.
- The Point selection submenu opens. See also Point selection (1) submenu.
- Choose a point selection function.
- Set the centre for the arc.
- Set the starting point of the arc. This also determines the radius of the arc.
- Set a point as the end point of the arc counter-clockwise from the starting point.
- The calculator opens. See also Calculator.
- Enter the diameter for the individual circles and confirm your entry.
- Enter the number of circles for the circle pattern and confirm your entry.
- The circle pattern is generated.
- If you want to generate more circle patterns, repeat steps 2 to 7.
- Click on Close.
- The function is ended.
