Split repo
With the Split repo function, the sheet can be automatically repositioned if the sheet used and its machining is larger than the working space of the machine. Machining operations that are larger than the working space in the X direction are split for this purpose.
Set repositioning
- You have opened a sheet of a nesting.
- Click the Split repo button under Nesting > Tools > Repositioning.
- The Sort + repo dialogue box opens. See also: Sort + repo dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.

- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The Machine workspace dialogue box opens. See also: Machine workspace dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The Clamping claw position dialogue box opens. See also: Clamping claw position dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- If the Laser parameters during splitting dialogue box opens: See also: Laser parameters during splitting dialogue box. Continue with step 10.
- Use the left mouse button to position the separation line.
- Click on Close.
- Use the left mouse button to position the workspace.
- Click on Close.
- The Laser parameters during splitting dialogue box opens. See also: Laser parameters during splitting dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- If the Disposal position dialogue box opens: See also: Disposal position dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The repositioning is set.
