Manage material data
The material is configured with the Manage material data function.
Set default values
- Under Config > Extras > Manage material data, click the Manage material data button.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Select the Default values option and click OK.
- The Default values dialogue box opens. See also: Default values dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Click OK.
- The function is ended and the changes are applied.
Change material
- Under Config > Extras > Manage material data, click the Manage material data button.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Select the Material number option and click OK.
- The MATCFG dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the material you want to change.
- Click Change.
- The Material definition dialogue box opens. See also: Material definition dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The MATCFG dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Click OK.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Click OK.
- The function is ended and the changes are applied.
Add material
- Under Config > Extras > Manage material data, click the Manage material data button.

- Select the Material number option and click OK.
- The MATCFG dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Click Add.
- The Material groups dialogue box opens. See also: Material groups dialogue box.
- Select the material group to which the new material is to be added.
- Click OK.
- The Material definition dialogue box opens. See also: Material definition dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The MATCFG dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Click OK.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Click OK.
- The function is ended and the changes are applied.
Delete material
- Under Config > Extras > Manage material data, click the Manage material data button.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Select the Material number option and click OK.
- The MATCFG dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the materials to be deleted.
- Click Delete.
- The materials are deleted.
- Click OK.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Click OK.
- The function is ended and the changes are applied.
Change material group
- Under Config > Extras > Manage material data, click the Manage material data button.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Select the Material group option and click OK.
- The MATGRP dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the material group you want to change.
- Click Change.
- The Definition of material groups dialogue box opens. See also: Definition of material groups dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- If the material group number has been changed, it will be changed in all tables in the TECHNO_TABLE.TXT, TIME_HIT_COST.TXT and MATERIAL_CONFIG.TXT files.

- Click OK.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Click OK.
- The function is ended and the changes are applied.
Add material group
- Under Config > Extras > Manage material data, click the Manage material data button.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Select the Material group option and click OK.
- The MATGRP dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Click the Add button.
- The Definition of material groups dialogue box opens. See also: Definition of material groups dialogue box.
- The next free number from the list of material groups is used as the number for the new material group.
- Enter a name for the new material group.
- Click OK.
- The material group is created.
- The material group is commented out (not active) and inserted into the MATERIAL_CONFIG.TXT file.

- Click OK.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Click OK.
- The function is ended and the changes are applied.

System settings
Since many system settings are based on the respective material groups, these must be adjusted accordingly for new material groups.
Copy material group
- Under Config > Extras > Manage material data, click the Manage material data button.
- The Material configuration dialogue box opens. See also: Material configuration dialogue box.
- Select the Material group option and click OK.
- The MATGRP dialogue box opens. See also: Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the material group to be copied.
- Click the Copy button.
- The Definition of material groups dialogue box opens. See also: Definition of material groups dialogue box.
- The next free number from the list of material groups is used as the number for the new material group.
- Enter a name for the new material group.
- Click OK.
- The material group is created.
- The material group is inserted into all tables in the TECHNO_TABLE.TXT, TIME_HIT_COST.TXT and MATERIAL_CONFIG.TXT files.

- Click OK.

- Click OK.
