TASK
Deployment of triangular tools on inside corners.

EXECUTION
- Selection of a special tool via:
- Entering an existing ID number or
- Entering a non-existent ID number and select the forward or back menu items until the desired tool is displayed. Then select the Select menu item and select the desired special tool.
- Confirm the ID number with Enter.
- Selection of the first line to be processed.
- Selection of the second line to be processed.
- Re-select the two lines of an inside corner or exit the function by selecting Close.
- The tool strokes defined in this way are added to the end of the source as new NC data sets.
- Representation of the tool geometry at the individual stroke points.
NOTE
When defining a tool to be used with this function, the following must be considered:
- The tool must be drawn in the zero-degree position when it is defined.
- The tool must have a tip radius.
- When defining the tool with the DEF-WRKZ function, the tip radius (Rr) must be selected.
- With the function SOND-WRKZ the following is entered
Dr = 2 * Rr Dr REFERENCE-DIMD Rr Tip radius
Xp = Xs - Xf Xp CENTRE OF GRAVITY X Xs Pos. of tool shaft Xf Surface CGrav.
Yp = Ys - Yf Yp CENTRE OF GRAVITY Y Ys Pos. of tool shaft Yf Surface CGrav.
The determined stroke points are entered as new NC data sets at the end of the source in the order of selection with the following parameters:
ID number
Identification number of the special tool.
Position
Position of the 1st strokes of the point pattern.
Angle
Angular position of the special tool.
Point pattern
Angle of the point pattern Distance of the stroke points Number of stroke points.
