Create profile
The Create profile function is used to create a profile that can be processed.
Create profile
- Click the Create profile button under Tools > Articles > Profile.
- The Material type browser opens. See also: Material type browser dialogue box.
- Select your desired material.
- Click OK.
- The Unfolding table dialogue box opens. See also: Execution table dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings.
- Click OK.
- The Unfolding parameters dialogue box opens. See also: Execution parameters dialogue box.
- Enter the bending tool radius.
- Click OK.
- The Point selection submenu opens. See also: Point selection (1) submenu.
- Set the points according to your selection to define the profile home page.
- The Calculator opens. See also: Calculator.
- Enter the distance from the end point and confirm your entry.
- A dialogue box for selecting the profile opens. See also: Profile dialogue box.
- Select your desired profile.
- The profile is created.
