Drill point
The Drill point function is used to generate a drill hole at any point with the selected drill.
Generate a hole
- The desired drill is available as a tool.
- Under Milling > Manual > Drill identical, click the Drill point button.
- The Tools dialogue box opens. See also Tools dialogue box.
- Select the Drill tool category and click OK.

Use one of the tool selection buttons.
- The Tool management dialogue box opens. See also Dialogue box with tables.
- Select the desired drill and click OK.
- The Point selection submenu opens. See also Point selection (1) submenu.
- Select a function and, accordingly, specify a point at which the machining operation is to be generated.
- The machining operation is displayed.
- If you want to generate additional point machining operations, repeat step 4.
- Click Close.
- The holes are generated and displayed.
