Free pocket
The Free pocket function generates the machining for a freely generated pocket.
Generate machining of a freely generated pocket
- Under Milling > Manual > Free pocket, click the Free pocket button.
- All elements are attenuated in colour.
- The Element selection submenu opens. See also Element selection (2) submenu.
- Choose a function and select the appropriate contour for the pocket.
- The contour is highlighted in colour.
- Click Close.
- The Pocket machining parameters dialogue box opens. See also Pocket machining parameters dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings.
- Click on OK.
- The machining of the pocket is generated and displayed.
