Previous sheet

The Previous sheet function switches to the previous sheet of the nesting.

Next sheet

The Next sheet function is used to switch to the next sheet of the nesting.

Pallet change

With the Pallet change function, a new, empty pallet is made available from the inventory. This function is only suitable for machines with automatic inventory connection.

Parameters

The Parameters function calls up the Lift palletising dialogue box, in which settings can be made for the following areas:

  • Stacking areas and pallet layouts
  • Stacking parameters
  • Storage procedure
  • Sequence

Move single part

The Move single part function places a single part on the palette. To do this, drag the part from the sheet to the desired position while holding down the left mouse button.

Move pack

The Move pack function is used to re-position a single pack on the palette. A pack is a stack of equal parts. To do this, drag the pack to the desired position while holding down the left mouse button.

Move stack

The Move stack function is used to re-position a stack on the palette. A stack consists of different parts. The stack must be dragged to the desired position by holding down the left mouse button.

Move all

The Move all function simultaneously moves all parts that have already been palletised. The parts must be dragged to the desired position by holding down the left mouse button.

Reorganise all

The Reorganise all function automatically places all parts with lift disposal on the pallet according to the settings in the Lift palletisation dialogue box. See also Lift palletising dialogue box.

Cancel

The Cancel function cancels the action and does not save it.

Close

The Close function terminates and saves the action.
