Stacking areas and pallet layouts

The table number and the coordinates of the lower left corner of the storage area are displayed here. Click the .. button to open the Table dimensions and pallet layouts dialogue box, where you specify the layout number and the storage area. See also Table dimensions and pallet layout dialogue box.

Text height

The height of the displayed text is entered here.

Stacking parameters

Stacking height in mm

The maximum stack height in mm is entered here.

Stack distance

The distance of the stacks in the X direction is entered here. This specification is important if the stacking method is set to Stacks with only equal parts.

Increment in Y

The distance of the stacks in the Y direction is entered here. This specification is important if the stacking method is set to Stacks with only equal parts.

Stack all parts

This option can be used to specify that all parts are stacked instead of discarded. The specification here applies even if Discard is active for parts.

Storage procedure

Stacks only with equal parts

With this option, identical parts are placed on the same stack.

Stack according to specification

With this option, stacks are generated as defined for the individual parts.

Stack according to layout on sheet

With this option, stacks are generated as specified in the nesting.

Stack equal parts according to RAS

With this option, identical parts are placed on the same stack according to RAS.

All parts on one stack

This option places all parts on the same stack.

Sequence

Fill from left

This option generates the first stack in the lower left corner of the stacking area. All other stacking rows always start on the left.

Fill from the right

This option generates the first stack in the lower right corner of the stacking area. All other stacking rows always start on the right.

Alternating from the left

With this option, stacks are generated in stacks that begin alternately left and right.

Alternating from the right

With this option, stacks are generated in stacks that begin alternately right and left.
